Factory Reset

This menu option allows you to reset the controller to its factory settings.

Starting with version 0.7.0, you can also reset ftSwarm controllers to their factory settings without a serial console.

• On the ftSwarmContrlUSBC, ftSwarmControlMicro or ftSwarmRC, press and hold the S1 and Reset buttons simultaneously.
• On the ftSwarmRS, ftSwarmXL, and ftSwarmJST, connect a fischertechnik switch to A6 or A4, respectively, press and hold the switch and the Reset button simultaneously.

The controller will boot up. Release the S1 button or the fischertechnik switch as soon as the LEDs turn purple or a corresponding message appears on the ftSwarmControl display.

The controller will then reset to factory settings and restart.
